01 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the asg55 website accessible at asg55.onl, along with all services, games, and features provided therein. "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the asg55 platform. "We" or "asg55" refers to the operator of the asg55.onl platform. "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account at any given time.

"Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. 03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Asg55 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion or additional charges.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. asg55 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal: Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
• Asg55 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized advantages.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.

08 Account Termination

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the asg55 support team. Any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Asg55 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this document.

For more serious disputes that cannot be resolved internally, asg55 provides an official appeals channel. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date the incident occurred. Complaints submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Asg55's final decision in resolving any dispute relating to games, bonuses, or payments is binding once the full internal review process has been completed.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
